Segelin's Florist & Flower Delivery

I needed to send flowers to a friend who was at the Cleveland Clinic, and Segelin's Florist made the entire process so easy. They were responsive, helpful, and translated my input/preferences in terms of color, price, etc. into a beautiful arrangement. I placed my order late that morning and was amazed to receive a delivery confirmation just a few hours later. I especially appreciated the email updates throughout the process. Most importantly, my friend absolutely loved the flowers. The speed, communication, and quality were all outstanding. I'm so grateful for the care they showed during a stressful time.

I can’t say enough good things about Segelin’s Florist!! I hired them for my wedding florals and boy did they deliver! Jeremy was communicative, flexible, and supportive throughout the entire experience from start to finish. Everyone was raving about how beautiful the flowers were at my wedding and about the creative passion it took to create the dramatic balcony floral piece, the fireplace mantle floral piece, centerpieces, and more! I told Jeremy I wanted Bridgerton inspired florals- it felt like I was living my Bridgerton dream! The florals were so elegant and beautiful- from my cascading bridal bouquet to everything I mentioned above I was in awe. I’m using them for any of my floral needs in the future! & I highly recommend them to any bride who wants gorgeous florals & a receptive floral team! Thank you Jeremy!!!

I spent approximately $150 total on a birthday flower delivery, including a premium bouquet, two Happy Birthday Mylar balloons, delivery, and tip. I specifically selected the premium arrangement because it was the largest and most expensive option offered, and I expected something that reflected the price. Unfortunately, when my friend sent me a photo of the flowers, I was very disappointed. The arrangement looked small, generic, and underwhelming. It simply did not resemble what I would expect from a premium bouquet, and I did not feel the value matched what I paid. This was actually my second time ordering from this florist. My first experience was average, but I decided to give them another chance. This time, however, the arrangement fell even further short of expectations. The flowers were delivered on time, which I appreciate, but the quality and presentation of the bouquet were disappointing. Based on my experiences, I won't be ordering from this florist again.

Great customer service and beautiful flowers. I sent flowers to a patient at the Cleveland Clinic, but was unsure when they would be out of the ICU. I called and they assured me they could handle it, no problem. The patient got his flowers the morning after they transferred him out of the ICU. Perfect! Thank you!

We used Segelin’s for our wedding florals, and I am so happy we did! Jeremy understood my vision so well and didn’t pressure me to get more arrangements than I wanted. He was extremely professional and even moved our flowers from the church to the reception location (across Cleveland) after the ceremony. The flowers turned out even more beautiful than I imagined, and they were very reasonably priced!
